Podcast Guest Release

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Create.Vegas Podcast. To ensure we can publish and promote your interview, please review and sign the release agreement below.

1. Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Connect.Vegas and its affiliated brands the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to record, use, publish, and distribute my voice, name, likeness, and any statements or content provided during my interview (the “Content”) in whole or in part. This includes but is not limited to:

• Website: Publication on the Connect.Vegas website.
• YouTube: Uploading and sharing on the Connect.Vegas YouTube channel.
• Social Media: Distribution on Connect.Vegas and affiliated brand social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

2. Rights and Usage

I understand that the Content may be edited for clarity, brevity, or promotional purposes and that Connect.Vegas has the exclusive right to use, modify, and distribute the Content for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes. This includes:

• Broadcasting or streaming on podcast platforms and the Connect.Vegas website.
• Use in promotional materials, advertisements, or related media.
• Archiving and future use on Connect.Vegas or its affiliated platforms.

3. Waiver of Rights

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final version of the Content, including any written copy that may accompany it. I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Content.

4. Release and Hold Harmless

I release and hold harmless Connect.Vegas, its agents, employees, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action that I, my heirs, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this agreement or the use of the Content.

5. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement cannot be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
